About the Role: We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team in Manjimup. This full-time position will support multiple areas of our operation and plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our office.
This is a fast-paced and varied role, well suited to someone who enjoys managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing demands. You will receive comprehensive on-the-job training and ongoing support as part of a growing company, providing an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and grow alongside the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support across multiple departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.
Manage office communications, including phone enquiries, correspondence, newsletters, and basic social media activity.
Coordinate travel, accommodation, meetings, events, and functions as required.
Maintain accurate records, data entry, filing, scanning, archiving, and document control across company systems.
Support onboarding processes for employees, contractors, growers, and customers, including inductions and compliance checks.
Assist with payroll administration, labour hire coordination, timesheet tracking, and employment documentation under guidance.
Oversee office supplies, stocktakes, ordering, and inventory control for office, packaging, and operational consumables.
Ensure office presentation, cleanliness, and adherence to workplace health, safety, and compliance standards.
Provide general operational and administrative support as directed by management.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, etc.).
Strong phone skills and professional etiquette.
Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
Ability to follow instructions and take initiative.
Willingness to take on varied tasks to support smooth office operations.
Working Hours:
Seasonal operation with varying hours.
Off-season: 7am – 3pm
On-season: 6am – finish times vary
Monday – Friday
