We’re looking for an Administration Assistant who will help keep our Corporate Services team running smoothly while creating a positive experience for colleagues and visitors alike.
About the Role:
This is a key front-of-house and administrative role where you’ll take pride in overseeing the day-to-day running of reception and supporting the wider team. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients and staff, ensuring every interaction is professional, warm and efficient.

Key Responsibilities
Be the friendly face of the office, meet and greet clients and visitors
Manage incoming calls and ensure they are handled professionally and efficiently
Maintain a tidy, welcoming and well-organised reception area
Coordinate meeting room bookings
Provide administrative support including data entry and document updates
Handle mail, couriers and visitor passes
Assist with office coordination such as stock levels and supplies
Support the wider team and contribute to a positive workplace culture
We’re looking for someone who is:

Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills

Demonstrated Experience & Attributes
Minimum 6 months in a similar role
Excellent attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Positive ability to work as part of a team
A willingness to work flexible hours
Be professionally presented at all times
