Our client, based in Collie, is currently looking for Allround Production Operators to ensure their production outcomes are achieved in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
This position is offered as a Permanent Contract through HSS until 25 October 2026, with potential for extension and opportunity for permancy with the client after 3 months.
Roster/Pay Rate
- Drive in/drive out daily – must have accommodation and live within commuting distance to site
- 4 / 4 / 4 / 4 – 12 hour rotating day and night shift roster
- $61.04 per hour flat rate on all hours
- Plus 12% Super Guarantee and Coal Long Service Leave 2.75%
- 6 weeks annual leave (prorated for 6 months)*
- 10 days personal leave (prorated for 6 months)*
Experience/Qualifications
- Demonstrated mine site experience on similar below equipment essential
- Valid WA “C” Class Driver’s Licence essential
- Heavy Rigid Driver’s Licence desirable
- Certificate III in Surface Extraction Operations desirable
Machinery Operated (or equivalent):
- Dozers Caterpillar D10 & D11; Liebherr 776
- Excavators Liebherr 996 Face Shovel & Backhoe
Other Equipment on site (desirable)
- Dump Trucks Komatsu 830E, 730E & 630E; Caterpillar 777
- Water Carts Komatsu 630; Caterpillar 793
- Graders Caterpillar 16H & 16M
- Loaders Komatsu 1200 Front End Loader
