What you’ll be doing:
Walking into your Timber Tots ELC, designed to meet the needs of our rural families, located within the Manjimup Community Centre, you’ll smile, as the early morning sun shines over our outdoor play area, thriving with play and learning.
At the start of your day, catch up with your fabulous colleagues (& your favourite little ones). You’ll lead a close-knit team of educators, providing an inclusive safe, hygienic, and inspiring environment. You’ll promote our ‘School ReadY’ program, manage compliance, and truly engage with our wonderful children and families. At the end of your shift, you’ll walk out the door (still smiling) knowing the children are continuing to develop in body, mind, and spirit.
You’ll be great in this role if you…
Have infectious enthusiasm and passion in early years education and care
Have a degree or diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent
Hold a HLTAID012 First Aid certificate or equivalent
Understand the National Quality Framework & National Education & Care Services Regulations 2012
Previous experience in children services
Can obtain a National Police Certificate and Working with Children card
