You will be responsible for leading a team of personnel to achieve high quality output each day while maintaining a safe workplace and great team moral.
To be part of the South West Earthworks Supervisory team you will require
Minimum two years in a similar role
Ability to lead teams of more than 15 personnel
Strong interpersonal skills
Proven ability to influence and mentor
Commitment to safety and quality within the workplace
IT/computer proficiency
Full Australian Work Rights
Pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening
Nationally accredited Confined Space ticket (within two years)
Nationally accredited Working at Heights ticket (within two years
White Card
Driver’s licence
Statutory Supervisor Training (Section 26)
Experience in Health and Safety
