We’re seeking a motivated Finance Officer to support our Corporate Services team during a period of leave. You’ll play a key role in keeping day‑to‑day finance operations running smoothly while delivering great customer service.
Employment Conditions:
- Fixed Term – Flexible work options (Full time/Part time/Casual)
(Eight Months with scope for extension) - Gross Salary range: $66,000 to $70,000 per annum pro rata dependent upon skills and experience
- Superannuation, with up to an additional 5% matching employer contribution
- 17.5% Leave Loading
- Access to the Shire’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

About the role
- Accounts payable & receivable
- Assist the Finance Coordinator where required
- Monthly and annual reporting support
- Customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Compliance with legislation and policies
About you
- Experience in a finance or accounting role
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Confident using Microsoft products
- A proactive, team‑focused approach
