We are seeking motivated and skilled individuals from the South West region to join our team.

The role offers:

  • Plan your year ahead with shutdowns every other week. (Fortnightly shutdowns)
  • No shutdown cancellations or reschedules.
  • Opportunities for project work on non shutdown week.
  • Stability and a steady income.
  • Overtime opportunities.
  • 12-hour shifts Day/Night.
  • Career progression.

What you need:

  • Live within a 1-hour radius of Greenbushes Site.
  • Previous scaffolding experience.
  • High Risk License – SI SA
  • Working at Heights Certification (within 2 years)
  • Confined Space Certification (within 2 years)
  • Own mode of reliable transport with the ability to commute to site daily.
  • Commitment to Health & Safety practices.
  • Commitment to align with Scafwest Core Values
  • Willingness to learn and develop within the scaffolding industry.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol tests.

Desirable:

  • Rigging tickets
  • EWP LF Tickets
  • S26 Statutory Supervisor
  • MR (Medium Rigid) Driver’s License.
