KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
General reception duties, answering the telephones and checking voicemail messages;
Organising meetings, room bookings and invitations;
Sorting, recording, and delivering the team’s mail;
Ensure outgoing mail is recorded and mailed on a daily basis;
Maintenance of the permanent & electronic files as required;
General administration duties for the team, including scanning and filing documents. maintaining registers and office reception duties;
Processing expense claims;
Deliveries for the office as required;
Organise kitchen stock control;
Assist with data entry duties as required;
Assist with travel booking for partners when required;
Database maintenance; and
Working with various software.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Essential
Completing Year 12
DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE & ATTRIBUTES:
Essential
Microsoft Office skills
Strong Communication Skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
