Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to our mission through the closure of our My Health Partnerships – Innovative Model of Care (IMoC) Pilot Program in the Warren Blackwood region. The pilot will be completed by June 2026.
Key Components of the Role
1. Project Management
2. Stakeholder & Community Engagement
3. Team Coordination & Capacity Building
4. Reporting & Compliance (primary focus in this stage of the pilot)
o Prepare high-quality reports, submissions, and updates for funders and governing bodies.
o Collect, analyse, and present data on program outcomes and impact.
o Ensure compliance with relevant health policies, regulations, and funding agreements.
What you bring
• Demonstrated experience in project management, ideally within health or community programs.
• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, including working with diverse and rural communities.
• Proven report writing and documentation skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable reports.
• Knowledge of healthcare delivery models and challenges in regional/remote contexts.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong organisational and time-management skills.
Essential Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
• Qualifications and/or significant experience in project management, public health, health administration or related fields.
• An understanding of innovative care models, integrated care, or partnership-based service delivery.
• The right to work in Australia
• A valid WA driver’s license
• A valid and clear police check
• A Working with Children Check (WWC)
