We seek a motivated and detail-oriented QSO to join our Packhouse team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build or expand a career in food safety, quality assurance and compliance in a business with ongoing pathway and growth opportunities.
Working alongside our Quality Control Team and reporting to our Packhouse Managers, you will play a key role in learning and supporting food safety, quality and compliance programmes while helping drive a positive food safety culture across the Packhouse.

Highly flexible, this position is ideal for someone with good people skills, enjoys problem solving and improving systems. We will develop you gradually and steadily to be involved in a range of quality and compliance activities. Key responsibilities include:
Supporting food safety and quality management systems.
Maintaining compliance records and documentation.
Assisting daily hygiene, food safety, GMP and compliance activities.
Supporting audit preparation and customer compliance documentation requirements.
Assisting investigations, corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Supporting food safety training and awareness programs.
Working with operational teams to promote best practice quality standards.
Supporting the use and development of existing digital compliance systems.

Skills & Experience
Preferred but not essential:
Experience in food safety, quality assurance or compliance environments.
Understanding of GMP, HACCP, food safety or quality systems.
Experience maintaining records and documentation.
Strong administration and computer skills.
Experience with audits, compliance systems or quality programs.
