Permanent Full-Time Position, 5 days per week.
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a suitable individual to join the Newtons’ packhouse team and manage our apple and avocado programmes, overseeing marketing, packing, logistics and key staff. This role provides a dynamic platform for continuous learning and professional growth with extensive training provided.

Primary responsibilities include:
· Oversee and support Apple and Avocado packhouse management staff and HRM processes. Manage and maintain packhouse procedures and policies.
· Oversee and support Apple and Avocado packhouse management in retail & wholesale customer relationship management and market analysis
· Oversee our grower partner relationships, managing contracts, QA, agreements, accounts & returns.
· Support Newtons’ contract labour hire planning and labour management team.
· Manage and sustainably grow our Avocado programme, including grower, market floor, and supermarket relationships.
· Oversee the Avocado programme’s weekly picking, packing, national logistics, and marketing strategy
· Newtons Executive Team member: help collaboratively drive the strategic direction of the business
· Alongside Exec Team members: collaborate in the creation of, review and analysis of financial strategies and reports
