Cook / Chef Full Time

The Nannup Hotel is an iconic building in the heart of Nannup.

We are seeking an experienced Cook / Chef to work with the Hotel Manager to make the kitchen their own.  You will help shape the menu and define the dining experience.

This position would suit someone who takes pride in the experience they offer to their diners and wants to help us build a reputation as being a destination of choice in the area.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to-

Ensure smooth running of kitchen area.
Provide consistent high quality meals and presentation.
Menu preparation.
Make sure all food safe / food handling requirements are met in the kitchen area.
Direct kitchen hands as required.
Food / stock ordering.
Provide monthly stock-take figures.
Your hours of duty may vary depending on events happening, you are required to be on hand during these busy times.
Full time permanent position on completion of  a successful probation period,
