Medical Receptionist Full Time

We are currently looking for an experienced part-time receptionist to join our friendly and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting patients and welcoming them into our Practice.
• Collecting & entering patient details into the database.
• Scheduling appointments.
• Answering telephone calls & enquiries.
• Administration support and other ad hoc duties.

Experience & Attributes

• Exceptional customer service skills with previous customer service experience an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills including a professional & personable telephone manner.
  Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Detail-orientated.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise.
• Ability to work as part of a multifaceted team and independently.
• Neat and professional presentation.

A roster system is in place, but the successful candidate will need to be flexible as start/finish times do vary.
