About the Role
You’ll work within a skilled and experienced team, operating heavy ancillary and production mining equipment to safely meet production targets across our Surface operation at Greenbushes.
Responsibilities
Safe, efficient operation of heavy ancillary and production equipment
Complete pre-starts and report hazards or defects immediately
Follow plans, instructions and traffic management rules
Maintain a tidy work area and support safe interactions with all teams
Contribute to our people-first culture and live our Winning Values
Help teammates, share knowledge and support a strong crew culture
What You’ll Bring
Experience in mining operating the following equipment:
Previous experience in the mining industry operating:
Trucks and Water Carts: Caterpillar 785
Loader: Caterpillar 992
Track Dozers: Caterpillar D10T
Graders: Caterpillar 16M
Excavators: Hitachi EX3600 EX2600-6 and Hitachi EX1900-6 (an advantage)
Strong safety focus and ability to speak up
