Global Advanced Metals is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team at our Greenbushes site in Western Australia. This is a full-time, permanent role.
What you’ll be doing
Manage warehouse, logistics, purchasing and dispatch operations
Lead and develop staff to achieve safety and performance goals
Maintain inventory accuracy and stock control
Collaborate with Production, Finance and Safety teams
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
What we’re looking for
Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams
Solid supply chain and logistics experience
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
Strong self-management/performance capabilities, organisation skills and priority management
Flexibility and creativity – ability to adopt new methods and processes to deliver outcomes and challenge existing processes.
Tertiary education in a related field is desirable
