Mechanical Shift Technician – $149k + Super | South West Location | 12-Hour Rotating Roster
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Mechanical Shift Technician to join our team in a full-time, permanent role based in the South West. What’s on offer:
Salary: $149,000 + Super
12-hour rotating day/night shifts
Structured roster providing extended time off:2 Days, 2 Nights, 5 Off
2 Days, 3 Nights, 4 Off
3 Days & Nights, 5 Off

Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on mechanical equipment
Troubleshoot and diagnose faults efficiently
Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with site standards
Contribute to continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
Maintain accurate maintenance records and reporting
About You:
Australian-recognised Certificate III in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent (essential)
Proven experience in a similar shift-based maintenance role
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Commitment to safety and teamwork
Ability to work a rotating 12-hour day/night roster
