We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Mechanical Shift Technician to join our team in a full-time, permanent role based in the South West. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a highly competitive salary and structured work-life balance. What’s on offer:
- Salary: $134,000 + Super
- 12-hour rotating day/night shifts
- Structured roster providing extended time off:
- 2 Days, 2 Nights, 5 Off
- 2 Days, 3 Nights, 4 Off
- 3 Days & Nights, 5 Off

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on mechanical equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose faults efficiently
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with site standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reporting
About You:
- Australian-recognised Certificate III in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent (essential)
- Proven experience in a similar shift-based maintenance role
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to safety and teamwork
- Ability to work a rotating 12-hour day/night roster
