About the Role

As the Centre Director, you’ll provide strong leadership and operational oversight to ensure excellence in care, education, and compliance. You’ll be responsible for maintaining high standards across all aspects of centre management — from team development and family engagement to quality improvement and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of early childhood professionals.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Education and Care Services National Regulations.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with families, educators, and the wider community.
• Drive continuous improvement and uphold high standards in programming, safety, and care.
• Manage enrolments, staffing, and budgets to achieve both quality and commercial outcomes.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will be an experienced Centre Director who leads with integrity, confidence, and heart. You’ll bring a proactive approach and a genuine commitment to creating a nurturing environment for both children and staff.

You will have:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Centre Director (essential).
• A Diploma or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved).
• Strong understanding of the NQF, EYLF, and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, and Child Protection certifications.
