Bannister Downs Dairy is a proudly Western Australian, family-owned dairy producer, committed to delivering high-quality fresh dairy products from paddock to plate.
We are currently seeking a motivated and hands-on Stock Control Coordinator (2IC) to support our Production Manager and lead day-to-day warehouse dispatch and stock management operations at our rural production site in Northcliffe.
This is a key role ensuring our finished products are accurately picked, packed, staged, and loaded for distribution across major retail customers, export shipments, specialty orders, and transfer to our metropolitan warehouse.
About the Role
As Stock Control Coordinator (2IC), you will play an important part in maintaining smooth dispatch operations, cold chain integrity, and stock accuracy while providing leadership to the warehouse team.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily dispatch preparation and truck loading schedules
Oversee picking, checking, staging, and loading of finished dairy products
Maintain accurate stock rotation practices and cool room organisation
Complete dispatch paperwork, delivery dockets, and system records
Monitor finished goods stock levels and assist with stocktakes
Identify discrepancies, damaged stock, or product quality concerns
Promote WHS, food safety, dairy hygiene, and cold chain compliance
Provide hands-on leadership and act as 2IC to the Production Manager
Train and coach team members in dispatch and warehouse procedures
About You
You are organised, reliable, and thrive in a fast-paced dispatch environment. You take pride in accuracy, teamwork, and maintaining high safety standards.
Essential Requirements:
Year 12 completion
Current C Class Driver’s Licence
Forklift Licence
Strong computer literacy
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Understanding of cold chain and food safety requirements
Desirable Experience:
Warehouse dispatch or logistics experience
SAP Production experience
Previous leadership or team coordination exposure
