As Facilities Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a varied commercial property portfolio, ensuring properties remain well maintained, compliant and operating efficiently.
What You’ll Be DoingCoordinating reactive and preventative maintenance across a commercial and industrial portfolio
Managing contractor engagement from quotation through to completion
Raising and tracking work orders while ensuring maintenance is completed on time
Conducting routine property inspections and identifying maintenance or compliance requirements
Liaising with tenants, contractors and internal stakeholders to resolve maintenance issues
Assisting with compliance, reporting and ongoing property improvement initiatives
Maintaining accurate records using property and facilities management systems
What We’re Looking ForPrevious experience within Facilities Coordination, Property Management, Building Services or a similar operational role
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
Experience within commercial property is advantageous but not essential
Exposure to facilities management software such as Cirrus FM, Cirrus8 or similar systems will be highly regarded
A positive attitude with a genuine desire to build a long-term career in commercial property
