About the role
We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Grounds & Cleaning All-Rounder to join our friendly team at BIG4 Bridgetown Caravan Park. This is a hands-on, varied role with a strong focus on maintaining the park grounds and delivering high cleaning standards across our facilities and accommodation. Perfect for someone who enjoys outdoor work, takes pride in presentation, and is happy to jump in where needed. Couples are welcome to apply.
What you’ll be doing
Groundskeeping: Mowing, whipper-snipping, watering, pruning, weeding, and general upkeep of lawns and garden areas.
Cleaning: Maintaining cabins, amenities, BBQ areas, and the camp kitchen to a high standard.
General duties: Assisting with basic maintenance tasks and keeping the park tidy, safe, and guest-ready at all times.
About you
Hands-on, reliable, and takes pride in your work.
Comfortable with physical, outdoor work.
Flexible and available to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and holidays.
Able to work independently and as part of a small team.
No experience required—just a great attitude and willingness to learn.
Full working rights in Australia; driver’s licence preferred.
A car licence is preferred for this position.
Hours & employment type
Approx. 20-30 hours per week on a rotating roster.
Part-time role available.
