We are looking for an experienced receptionist to join our friendly and dynamic team.
5 days per week, Monday – Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm. 1 Rostered Day off per month.
Key Responsibilities
Greeting patients with a smile and welcoming them into our Practice.
Collecting & entering patient details into the database.
Scheduling a variety of appointments.
Answering telephone calls & attending to enquiries.
Weekly rotational positions of Reception, Administration and Account duties.
Experience & Attributes
Exceptional customer service skills with previous customer service experience an advantage.
Excellent communication skills including a professional & personable telephone manner.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task and prioritise.
Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
Neat and professional presentation.
