With a strong pipeline of work and a growing client base, they are seeking experienced and motivated Leading Hand / Senior Electricians to join their professional team.

The Role

They are requiring a highly skilled Leading Hand / Senior Electrician to undertake a diverse range of electrical maintenance and service work across residential and commercial environments.

This role requires a strong focus on fault diagnosis, equipment servicing and system installations, as well as leadership responsibilities to guide and mentor junior team members, ensuring high standards of work and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate electrical maintenance and service tasks across multiple sites
Diagnose and rectify faults in appliances, equipment control systems, and installations
Replace and install pumps, floats, lighting, switchboards, and other electrical equipment
Conduct small-scale PLC tasks (experience considered advantageous)
Ensure all work meets current electrical standards and complies with safety regulations
Mentor and support junior electricians, providing guidance and technical expertise
Liaise with clients to provide professional advice and solutions

Essential Requirements:
A WA Electrical Contractor’s Licence is not essential, as the role operates under a nominee; however, holding one would be advantageous in the future.
Electrical trade qualification, Australian recognised
Current C Class Driver’s Licence
White Card (Construction Industry Safety)
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and diagnostic skills
