The role
You will be responsible for the servicing, diagnostics and repairs of a mixed fleet of earthmoving and support equipment, both in the workshop and out on site as required.
Key duties include:
Scheduled servicing and repairs on heavy earthmoving machinery
Fault finding, diagnostics and breakdown support
Preparing machines for site mobilisation and compliance inspections
Maintaining service records and reporting defects
Working safely and following company procedures and site requirements
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Trade qualification as a Heavy Diesel Mechanic
Proven experience working on Caterpillar, Hitachi and John Deere machines
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
A current valid driver’s licence
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
A reliable, proactive and safety-focused attitude
