Medical Receptionist Full Time NEW

We are looking for an experienced receptionist to join our friendly and dynamic team.

5 days per week, Monday – Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm. 1 Rostered Day off per month.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting patients with a smile and welcoming them into our Practice.
• Collecting & entering patient details into the database.
• Scheduling a variety of appointments.
• Answering telephone calls & attending to enquiries.
• Weekly rotational positions of Reception, Administration and Account duties.
• Flexibility to cover holiday relief.

Experience & Attributes

• Exceptional customer service skills with previous customer service experience an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills including a professional & personable telephone manner.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Attention to detail orientated.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise.
• Ability to work as part of a multifaceted team and independently.
• Neat and professional presentation.
