Love building people up? As an Employment Support Consultant, you’ll guide clients through personalised job pathways, help overcome barriers, and deliver workshops that boost confidence and capability. Your mission? Help them prepare, believe—and get hired.

This position is full-time, fixed-term role until June 2030 with possibility of extension, based in our Manjimup office. Working hours 8:30am-5pm in office, Monday to Friday.

Experience in case management, career coaching, or employment services
Strong people skills—empathetic, organised, and a clear communicator
Valid Working with Children Check/Blue card with National Crimcheck with no disclosable outcomes
