We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Site Supervisor who will embrace our ethos and live our values in every aspect of the role. You will be responsible for leading a team of personnel to achieve high quality output each day while maintaining a safe workplace and great team moral.
To be part of the South West Earthworks Supervisory team you will require
- Minimum two years in a similar role
- Ability to lead teams of more than 15 personnel
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to influence and mentor
- Commitment to safety and quality within the workplace
- IT/computer proficiency
- Full Australian Work Rights
- Pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening
- Nationally accredited Confined Space ticket (within two years)
- Nationally accredited Working at Heights ticket (within two years
- White Card
- Driver’s licence
- Statutory Supervisor Training (Section 26)
- Experience in Health and Safety Cert 4
