The exciting opportunity

• Lead clinical and operational management of a residential aged care facility
• Drive quality, compliance, clinical governance, and resource management.
• Lead the senior clinical team and collaborate with other departments to maintain high standards.
• Oversee clinical and care delivery aligned with best practice and funding requirements.
• Contribute to strategic planning, budget development, and service improvement.

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in a clinical field; post-graduate qualifications preferred.
• Proven experience in a Facility Manager or Residential Care Manager role in aged care.
• Strong knowledge of aged care regulatory environment, accreditation standards, and funding models such as AN-ACC.
• Demonstrated strategic leadership, analytical skills, and ability to implement change.
• Passionate about delivering person-centred care and leading teams to excellence.
• Excellent communication, governance, and operational skills.
