About the role
We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Maintenance & Grounds All-Rounder (casual or part-time) to join our friendly team at BIG4 Bridgetown Caravan Park. The role is varied with the majority of your shifts focused on maintenance and gardening, some housekeeping is also required . Ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in presentation, and is happy to pitch in where needed. Couples are welcome to apply.
What you’ll do
Maintenance: General upkeep of park facilities and grounds; minor repairs to plant/equipment; basic painting; assisting with improvement projects as directed by Park Managers.
Gardening: Watering, mowing/whipper-snipping, pruning, weeding and caring for lawns and garden beds.
Housekeeping: Cleaning cabins and other accommodation, ablutions, BBQ areas and the camp kitchen to a high standard.
Guest-ready mindset: Keep shared spaces tidy, safe and welcoming; report issues promptly.
About you
Hands-on, practical and safety-minded with good attention to detail.
Physically fit and comfortable with manual/Outdoor work.
Reliable and flexible to work a 7-day roster including weekdays, weekends, school and public holidays.
No prior experience required—attitude, enthusiasm and reliability are most important.
Able to work independently and as part of a small, supportive team.
Full work rights in Australia. Current driver’s licence preferred.
Hours & employment type
Approx. 25 hours per week on a rotating roster.
Casual or Part-Time engagement available (for the right applicant).
