The Avocado Collective, one of Australia’s largest fruit packing facilities is seeking a highly organised and proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage all aspects of our logistic operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the movement of goods, coordinating with suppliers and carriers, and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products .

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including planning, scheduling, and tracking shipments.
Manage relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure efficient and cost-effective transportation.
Process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and import/export permits.
Monitor inventory levels and manage warehousing operations to ensure optimal stock.
Resolve logistical issues and bottlenecks, implementing solutions to improve efficiency.
Maintain accurate records and provide reports on logistics performance.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Qualifications and Skills:

Experience in logistics or supply chain management.
Strong understanding of transportation modes, customs procedures, and international trade.
Proficiency in logistics software, Microsoft outlook, excel.
Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
