Development Services & Projects Administration Officer Full Time

The Shire of Bridgetown–Greenbushes is seeking a motivated Administration Officer who enjoys variety and thrives in a team environment. This role goes beyond day-to-day administration, offering the chance to play an integral part in supporting the work of both the Development Services and Projects & Environment directorates.

In this role, you will:

• Manage the end-to-end coordination of environmental health and planning applications, including liaising with residents, landowners, and government agencies, preparing documentation, and ensuring accurate processing of associated fees and approvals.
• Support Shire projects by assisting with reporting, budgeting, tenders, contracts, and the management of grant applications and acquittals.
• Maintain accurate and systematic records, registers, and project documentation to ensure compliance and effective delivery of services.
